Spencer Howard recalled from alternate site

The Phillies have recalled right-handed pitcher Spencer Howard from their alternate site in Lehigh Valley. He'll take the place of Ramón Rosso, who was demoted after throwing 1.1 innings of scoreless baseball on Tuesday. (Scott Lauber on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
In 2020, Howard started six games, amassing a 5.92 ERA with 10 walks to 23 strikeouts. However, he moved to the bullpen for this season. So far, he has allowed one run on two hits and a walk in one appearance, striking out one in the process.
