Adrian Houser turns in middling start Wednesday
by Connor Rooney | Mets Correspondent | Wed, Apr 21st 8:32pm EDT
Adrian Houser allowed two runs on five hits and two walks across 4.2 innings against the Padres on Wednesday. He struck out two in the no-decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Houser continues to put up mediocre stats so far this season, posting a 3.32 ERA and 12:9 K:BB in 19 innings. In this contest, he allowed runs in the third and fourth innings before being pulled in the fifth. He's not a great option in roto leagues, but could be viewed as a desperation play in points leagues. He'll face the Marlins next week.
