Fantasy Impact:
Since 2018, Dellin Betances has only thrown 13.1 innings pitched. After five seasons (2014-2018) with the Yankees where he recorded a 2.22 ERA in 373.1 IP, Betances isn't fantasy relevant at this time. It looks more like a slim chance in 2021 or more likely 2022.
