Freddy Peralta allowed two runs on five hits and one walk in four innings against the Cubs on Saturday. He struck out seven in the no-decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Peralta labored through four innings with 81 pitches (52 strikes). Despite only issuing one walk, Peralta threw a lot of pitches and fell behind in counts often. It's encouraging to see his strikeout numbers continue to pile up. Overall, he has a 2.45 ERA and 38 strikeouts in 22 innings. He lines up to face the Dodgers late next week.
