Gary Sanchez to see reduced playing time

Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez is likely to see his playing time reduced due to the production of Kyle Higashioka in 2021. Gary's (.146/.281/.167) line is certainly not cutting it for the Bronx Bombers as they try to dig themselves out of a 10-13 record. Not to mention, Higashioka is the superior defensive player, which is also a factor in the decision. (Bryan Hoch on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is a tough break for Sanchez managers. Given the fact that he is not an everyday catcher, and his only real appeal is the power numbers, Gary is a lot less appealing in 10-12 team leagues.
