Myers was an extreme late scratch for Wednesday's contest due to contact tracing. He was quickly cleared and pinch-hit in the eighth inning. MLB protocols list that a fully vaccinated individual who was in close contact with someone who tested positive doesn't need quarantine unless they have symptoms. Myers should be back in the lineup for Friday's contest against the Giants.
