Wade Miley bounces back against Rays

Tuesday against the Rays, Boston left-hander Wade Miley pitched 5.2 innings without allowing a single run. He threw 88 pitches in the outing surrendering three hits and four walks while recording three strikeouts. Miley also earned his first win.
Fantasy Impact:
While it wasn't the kind of performance that will ignite a waiver wire bidding war, Miley's outing Tuesday was none the less encouraging. Two numbers to keep an eye on going forward are his innings and his walks. If you see the innings go up and the walks go down, Miley may wind up as a valuable fantasy contributor by seasons end.
