Fantasy Impact:
The Dodgers will reportedly make a decision on how to proceed with May within the next 24 hours, but this is pretty obviously devastating news for May's 2021 fantasy value. Even if he avoids Tommy John surgery, a course of rehab, which fantasy managers know from experience is rife with potentials for setbacks, is likely to keep May out multiple weeks, if not months. Fantasy managers should brace themselves for difficult news and begin to make other plans if they were rostering May.
