Adalberto Mondesi is making a serious push towards his return. Mondesi has been on the injured list for the entirety of the 2021 season thus far. (Anne Rodgers on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Mondesi begun taking batting practice these past few days, and the next step will be joining the team in their pregame activities. A minor league rehab assignment could come as early as next week. This will be a huge addition for eagerly awaiting fantasy managers. Mondesi has truly elite speed, last season we saw him steal 24 bags in only 59 games. He should provide tons of stolen bases for those that are in need of them.
