Daniel Lynch walks four, yields three runs in MLB debut

by Brad Camara | Royals Correspondent | Tue, May 4th 8:22am EDT

Daniel Lynch allowed three runs on four hits and four walks while striking out three across four 2/3 innings during Monday’s 8-6 loss to Cleveland. He did not factor into the decision.

Fantasy Impact:

Lynch made his MLB debut on Monday after being called up by the Royals Sunday. He threw 74 pitches, landing 46 for strikes. The 24-year-old walked four batters and exiting after four 2/3 innings of work. Lynch will need to show better command if he plans to stick in the Royals rotation. The Royals rookie will look for better results in his next start against the White Sox this weekend.
