Keynan Middleton suffered a biceps strain in his brief appearance Tuesday against Baltimore. (Ryan Divish on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Middleton entered the game in the ninth inning, walking the only batter he faced on four pitches and none of them were close. That is when he was taken out of the game. We will see if he is headed for a stint on the injured list. Middleton has posted a 3.86 ERA so far this season out of the Mariners bullpen.
