Brandon Crawford goes deep in Wednesday's loss

by Jon Mathisen | Giants Correspondent | Wed, May 5th 8:20pm EDT

Shortstop Brandon Crawford went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run, two runs scored, two walks, and a stolen base as the Giants lost to the Rockies 6-5 on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Crawford took Jon Gray deep in the top of the second inning for his sixth homer of the season. He's working on a modest three-game hitting streak but has gone deep in 2-of-3 games. The 34-year-old got off to a dreadful start this season but has shown signs of life lately. He's currently slashing .244/.337/.500 with six home runs, 14 RBI, and three stolen bases over 78 at-bats.
