Dallas Keuchel tosses seven scoreless innings in no-decision Wednesday

by Brad Camara | White Sox Correspondent | Wed, May 5th 8:58pm EDT

Dallas Keuchel allowed two hits and three walks while striking out one across seven scoreless innings during Wednesday’s 1-0 loss to the Reds. He did not factor into the decision.

Fantasy Impact:

Keuchel was effective in Wednesday’s start and limited the Reds to two hits over seven scoreless innings. He threw 95 pitches, landing 56 for strikes. Unfortunately, Keuchel received no run support and did not factor into the decision as Reds pitcher Sonny Gray blanked the White Sox across seven innings. The 33-year-old owns a 3.79 ERA, 1.21 WHIP, and a 17:14 K: BB over 38 innings in 2021. Keuchel will look for better results in his upcoming start against the Twins next week.
