Eric Hosmer went 1-3 with a single, a walk, and a strikeout in the Padres' win over the Pirates on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Hosmer hit a 106 MPH rocket off of JT Brubaker in the 5th inning on Wednesday. Hosmer is still maintaining a very respectable slash line in 2021 -- .289/.364/.413. Hosmer's power has dipped after starting the year with three quick home runs. That being said, Hosmer's exit velocity numbers are still good enough to believe there's plenty of power left in the tank. Hosmer has the potential to drastically outperform his ADP if he maintains his current production.
