Byron Buxton is considered day-to-day with a hip strain. He exited Thursday's game after attempting to beat out a ground ball. (Dan Hayes on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Buxton has been a revelation this season, batting .370 with nine home runs and five steals. He's missed time with a hamstring injury, and now may miss time with this hip issue. He should be considered day-to-day for now; check back to see if he is slated to start Friday's series opener.
