Happ will miss his third consecutive game due to a rib injury. According to Cubs manager David Ross, Happ is still "day today.” “He will take batting practice before today's game.” Happ could be available off the bench but the Cubs could opt to rest him one more day. Kris Bryant will shift to CF while Matt Duffy handles third base duties on Friday.
