Ramos exited Thursday’s game early with lower back tightness. He was placed on the 10-day injured list with a lumbar spine strain and will be out at least the next ten days. Grayson Greiner will handle catching duties while Ramos is sidelined. Jake Rogers was recalled in a corresponding move.
