Jazz Chisholm Jr. (hamstring) making progress toward return

by Lucas Babits-Feinerman | Marlins Correspondent | Fri, May 7th 3:46pm EDT

Jazz Chisholm Jr. is taking batting practice and fielding as he works his way back from a hamstring injury. He will run bases and hit live pitching over the weekend. (Jordan McPherson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Chisholm Jr. has been out since April 27th after hurting himself on a stolen base. Before that, he'd been running amok at the top of the Marlins lineup with seven stolen bases and four home runs. I expect his batting average to drop, considering his 31.3% k-rate and .390 BABIP, but there's no reason he can't be among MLB's leaders in stolen bases this season.
