Fernando Rodney pitched the ninth inning, allowing two hits while striking out one batter en route to his fourth save of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
It was not the easiest save of his career allowing two base-runners, but Rodney got the job done. The way Fernando has been pitching to start the year, it does not give you confidence if you own him in fantasy leagues. With an 8.53 ERA and a WHIP of 2.05, Rodney's best days may be behind him. Look to trade the Mariners closer for some value, or hold on to him and hope he does not implode.
