The Boston Red Sox have placed Kiké Hernández on the 10-day injured list due to a hamstring injury. (Christopher Smith on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Boston recalled Michael Chavis from Triple-A Pawtucket as the corresponding move. Hernandez suffered the injury during the first inning of Thursday's game against Detroit. He is hitting .239 so far this season at the plate.
