Third baseman Eduardo Escobar went 0-for-5 with a strikeout in the D-Backs 5-4 loss to the Mets in extra-innings on Friday.

Escobar had a rough day at the dish, stranding eight runners. He’s been scuffling since the calendar flipped to May, going just 3-for-21 over the last six games. Escobar has gone through hot and cold streaks on the early going, which has equated to a .233/.290/.475 batting line with seven home runs and 18 RBI over 120 at-bats.
