Eric Hosmer went 2-4 with a home run and a single in the Padres' loss to the Giants on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Hosmer hit a 413 foot shot to center field off Sam Selman in the sixth inning on Friday. It was Hosmer's fourth home run on the season, and he added 100 MPH single off Anthony DeSclafani earlier in the game. Hosmer had four hard hit ball events on the night, and he continued to prove that he should be starting on a daily basis in fantasy lineups in just about any format.
