Rockies reliever Mychal Givens allowed three walks in the eighth inning on Saturday but managed to exit without allowing a run. He had runners on second and third with one out before striking out Paul Goldschmidt and walking Nolan Arenado to load the bases. He then induced a flyout to end the inning.
Fantasy Impact:
Givens owns a 2.84 ERA over 13 games this season. He's also posted 1.26 WHIP and a .217 OBA in addition to six walks and 14 strikeouts. The 30-year-old has been a staple of the Baltimore and Colorado bullpens over the past seven seasons.
