Yoan Moncada went 2-for-5 with a double, three RBI, one run scored during Saturday’s 9-1 win over the Royals.

Moncada belted a two-run double off Daniel Lynch in the first inning to give the White Sox a 2-0 lead. In the same inning, he laced an RBI single off Tyler Zuber for his third RBI of the contest. After a slow start to the season, Moncada has now driven in eight runs in his last eight games. The 25-year-old is slashing .262/.360/.393 with three home runs, 19 RBI, and 13 runs scored across 125 plate appearances in 2021.
