John Axford pitches a scoreless inning

John Axford came into the game in the 8th inning on Wednesday and shut the Padres hitters down 1-2-3 with a strikeout.
Fantasy Impact:
This is only the second appearance by Axford this season but he has not allowed a hit in either appearance. Should anything happen to Adam Ottavino, the Rockies could turn to Axford as a replacement closer if he continues to pitch well.
