John King surrenders two runs in ugly loss

by Andersen Pickard | Rangers Correspondent | Tue, May 11th 11:42am EDT

Rangers reliever John King was hit with the loss on Monday. He allowed two runs over just two-thirds of an inning against the Giants, giving Texas a 3-1 deficit. He allowed two hits, one walk, and two strikeouts.

Fantasy Impact:

The 26-year-old is 4-2 with a 2.00 ERA, 1.33 WHIP, and .288 OBA this season. Over 13 games (18 innings), he has walked three batters, plunked one, and struck out 14. The southpaw has impressed, but a lack of save situations renders him irrelevant from a fantasy perspective.
