Fantasy Impact:
Pivetta has been one of the most consistent starters for the Red Sox so far this season, boasting a 5-0 record, a 3.19 ERA and a 1.25 WHIP. As such, his absence will be a large blow to the Red Sox and to fantasy managers alike. Pivetta was scheduled to start on Friday, but it looks like his next start will have to wait until his side effects subside.
