Rangers catcher Jose Trevino went 2-for-3 against the Astros on Friday. He finished with a pair of singles, including one that scored a run. He also had an RBI groundout in the seventh inning.
Fantasy Impact:
Through 27 games, the backstop is slashing .258/.276/.312 with six RBI, three walks, and 22 home runs. It's not a horrible line, though it leaves much to be desired from a fantasy perspective. The 28-year-old ranks 49th among catchers in the latest rest-of-season expert consensus rankings.
