Fantasy Impact:
Mike Matheny characterized Perez as day-to-day and said that the veteran is already lobbying to be back in the starting lineup on Sunday. Perez, who homered on Saturday before departing, has been one of the few bright spots for fantasy catchers, slashing .279/.311/.513. Expect him to miss Sunday's game, but the injury doesn't appear like it will keep him out for long.
