RHP Luke Weaver allowed one hit with two walks and three strikeouts over four innings in Sunday's loss to the Nationals. He left the game after four innings with right shoulder discomfort. (Arizona Diamondbacks on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Weaver was pitching well over his first four innings, allowing one hit and two walks over 68 pitches. He didn't come back out for the fifth inning and the team revealed later that he exited early due to shoulder discomfort. It's unclear how serious the issue is as of now but you can expect him to miss his next start at the minimum. The team should provide an update soon.
