Yermin Mercedes went 3-for-6 with a double, a home run, two runs scored and three RBI in Monday's 16-4 blowout win over the Twins.
Fantasy Impact:
Mercedes blasted a solo shot off positional player Willians Astudillo for his sixth long ball of the season. The Yerminator continues to rake this season, slashing .364/.410/.574 with six home runs, 25 RBI, and 15 runs scored across 139 plate appearances in 2021. Mercedes is the team’s everyday designated hitter and should be rostered in all league formats.
