Reds first baseman Joey Votto is set to have an X-ray on his broken left thumb this week to ensure it is healing correctly. (Bobby Nightengale on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Votto's return is likely still some distance away, so expect INF Kyle Farmer to continue getting reps there. Votto currently has a .226/.305/.425 slashline with five home runs and 17 RBIs with hopes to build upon those totals once he is able to return.
