Tucker Davidson gets his first start Tuesday

by Steve Painter | Orioles Correspondent | Tue, May 18th 11:44pm EDT

Tucker Davidson pitched six innings in his first MLB start against the Mets Tuesday, allowing five hits, three runs (all earned), and one walk while recording five strikeouts. He earned a quality start but it was a no-decision solid effort. He threw 72 pitches, 53 for strikes.

Fantasy Impact:

Solid, Solid, start for Davidson. He was throwing strikes and put forth an outstanding six innings of work. He's a product of the Braves' 2016 draft and has come up through the minors, pressed into service because of injuries. He keeps pitching like that and he'll be here to stay.
