Fantasy Impact:
Ugh. We were initially expecting Carrasco to return at the end of May, but that timeline doesn't line up with where he's at right now. Carrasco is still playing catch, so it isn't as if he's totally shut down from throwing, but this isn't the news fantasy managers wanted to hear.
