Fantasy Impact:
Groshans last played for Double-A New Hampshire a week ago, but the good news is this isn't a serious issue. The 21-year-old was off to a slow start this season but still possesses upside for dynasty league fantasy managers. Baseball America ranked him as the 27th best prospect in the sport coming into the year.
