Ha-Seong Kim goes 1-for-3 on Tuesday

Fantasy Impact:

Kim filled in for Manny Machado at third on Tuesday. Depending on how long Machado is sidelined with a shoulder injury, Kim could continue to see some run at the hot corner. Kim has seen a decent amount of starts this year while filling in for Fernando Tatis and Machado, but he doesn't have much to show for it. He's hitting just .209 with two home runs. Kim could still be adjusting to pitching in MLB after coming over from the KBO. Kim's pedigree indicates he could turn things around at some point, but his advanced stats don't indicate that will be happening any time soon. He's a fringe fantasy asset at this point.
