Framber Valdez earns no-decision in first outing of 2021

by Andersen Pickard | Astros Correspondent | Sat, May 29th 10:29am EDT

Astros starter Framber Valdez allowed just one run over four innings of work against the Padres on Friday. He gave up just two hits and two walks while striking out four along the way.

Fantasy Impact:

Valdez pitched well but was hit with the no-decision after an epic choke in the 10th inning caused the Astros to lose, 10-3. This was the first start of the year for the southpaw after he missed the first two months with a finger injury. He ranks 68th among starters in the latest rest-of-season expert consensus rankings and should be rostered in all leagues.
