Catcher Austin Barnes went 1-for-1 with a three-run homer in the Dodgers' 8-5 loss to the Giants on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Barnes entered the game as a pinch-hitter in the bottom of the ninth inning with two runners on and two outs. He took Taylor Rogers deep to tie the game up at 5-5 with a three-run dinger. Albert Pujols nearly walked the game off in the next at-bat but Mike Tauchman robbed him of the chance at the wall. Barnes is now batting .257 with a .766 OPS over 74 at-bats. He's also got two home runs and 14 RBI on the year.
