German Marquez allowed one run on two hits while striking out seven across seven innings during Tuesday’s 3-2 win over the Rangers. He did not factor into the decision.

Marquez was brilliant on Tuesday, limiting the Rangers to one run on two hits across seven innings. He threw 88 pitches, firing 57 for strikes. The 26-year-old has allowed one earned run or less in three straight starts. Marquee owns a 4.13 ERA, 1.39 WHIP, and 69 strikeouts across 65 1/3 innings in 2021. Marquez will look to keep things rolling in his next start at home against the Athletics.
