Yu Darvish gave up two earned runs in five-and-one-third innings pitched in the Padres' win over the Mets on Thursday. Darvish struck out five and walked one in the outing.

Darvish didn't have his best stuff on Thursday, but it was good enough to keep the Padres in the game and to earn himself another win on the season. Darvish has quietly been one of the most consistent pitchers in the National League in 2021, as he currently boasts an ERA of 2.25 and a WHIP of 0.93.
