Whit Merrifield went 1-for-4 with two RBI during Saturday’s 5-4 loss to the Twins.
Fantasy Impact:
With the bases loaded, Merrifield singled up the middle to drive in Michael Taylor and Jorge Soler to tie the game 2-2. He’s now logged an RBI in four straight games and driven in a total of seven runs during that span. Merrifield is one of the most valuable players in fantasy by leading the majors with 17 stolen bases. The 32-year-old is slashing .264/.321/.394 across 243 plate appearances in 2021.
