Grisham will begin a minor-league rehab assignment within the next couple of days. According to Padres manager Jayce Tingler, the length of Grisham’s assignment will depend on how he feels. Grisham will retain his role as the team’s starting center fielder and hit in the top of the order once activated from the injured list.
