Mike Minor fans eight in win over the Athletics

Mike Minor (5-3) allowed three hits and one walk while sriking out eight to earn the win during Thursday’s 6-1 victory over the Athletics.
Fantasy Impact:
Minor tossed seven strong innings to earn his fifth win of the season. His lone mistake was surrendering a solo shot to Athletics infielder Jed Lowrie. The 33-year-old has now allowed two runs or less in three of his last four starts. Meener owns a 4.50 ERA, 1.15 WHIP, and an 81:24 K: BB across 74 innings in 2021. Minor will look to build on Thursday’s performance in his next week’s start against the Tigers.
