Blue Jays pitching prospect Nate Pearson struck out six while throwing five scoreless innings during Thursday's game for Triple-A Buffalo.
Pearson walked three and allowed three hits. It wasn't a perfect outing by any means, but fantasy managers will take it given his struggles this season. Pearson still possesses a truly electric arm, but injuries and ineffectiveness have killed his momentum dating back to last summer. Questions remain about his ability to hold up as a starting pitcher long-term.
