Third baseman Wilmer Flores went a combined 2-for-6 with an RBI and a walk in the Giants' doubleheader vs. the Nationals on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
Flores went a modest 1-for-3 with a single as the Giants were blanked in game 1 but he knocked an RBI single to give San Francisco a 2-0 lead in the eighth inning of game 2. The veteran utilityman is now slashing .230/.316/.345 with three home runs, 16 RBI, and a stolen base over 139 at-bats. He's been playing every day while filling in for the injured Evan Longoria but it hasn't translated to a lot of production.
