Cleveland right-hander James Karinchak threw 1 1/3 scoreless innings in a 4-3 win over the Orioles on Monday. Karinchak struck out three and walked one.

Karinchak picked up a hold, his sixth of the season. Overall, he has a 3-2 record, 2.54 ERA, 0.95 WHIP, seven saves, and a stunning 50 strikeouts in 28 1/3 innings of work. He and Emmanuel Clase should continue to split save chances going forward.
