Christian Walker drives in three runs in loss

by Jon Mathisen | Diamondbacks Correspondent | Wed, Jun 16th 1:16am EDT

First baseman Christian Walker went 2-for-5 with a double, three RBI, two runs scored, and one strikeout as the D-Backs lost once again to the Giants by a score of 9-8 on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Walker put the D-Backs on the board early with an RBI single in the top of the first inning. He then tacked on a two-run double to plate Josh Rojas and Ketel Marte in the top of the second inning. His three RBI led the team but it wasn't enough for Arizona to avoid its 21st straight road loss. The veteran first baseman is now batting .212 with a .576 OPS on the season.
