Nicky Lopez collects two hits, drives in one run in loss to Detroit

Nicky Lopez went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored during Tuesday’s 4-3 loss to the Tigers.
Fantasy Impact:
Lopez singled off Casey Mize driving in Jarrod Dyson to reduce the Tigers' lead by one. He was one of the few bright spots for the Royals during Tuesday’s loss. Lopez is starting to heat up and has logged an RBI in back-to-back games. With Adalberto Mondesi (hamstring) returning from the IL on Tuesday, Lopez won’t see every day at-bats and is mainly an option in AL-only leagues. The 26-year-old is slashing .235/.330/.309 across 193 plate appearances in 2021.
