Kyle Gibson allows one run over six innings

by Andersen Pickard | Rangers Correspondent | Wed, Jun 16th 7:43am EDT

Rangers starter Kyle Gibson had a solid outing on Tuesday, allowing just one run over six innings of work. He also surrendered seven hits and one walk while striking out three Houston batters. The right-hander and ace of Texas' rotation was hit with the no-decision as the bullpen choked the game away later on.

Fantasy Impact:

He's had a lot of no-decisions, but Gibson has yet to lose a game this year. He's been brilliant on the mound, pitching to a 4-0 record, 2.09 ERA, 1.03 WHIP, and .206 OBA. He's also struck out 61 batters and walked 22.
