Griffin Canning (5-4) gave up two earned runs on three hits, two walks, and two strikeouts over five innings en route to a no-decision in Wednesday's loss to Oakland.
Fantasy Impact:
Canning was solid for the Angels on Wednesday, giving them five innings of solid work. Unfortunately, the bullpen could not hold the game in tact to give Canning his sixth victory of 2021. Canning's 5.07 ERA and unimpressive 1.40 WHIP likely keep him on waivers in most formats unless he's used in a spot-start in a favorable matchup.
